Tippy Toes

Since JK began walking he has been a toe walker. Now that he is verbal he explains why he walks on his tippy toes. "I want to be TALLER!" Well, how can you argue with that type of logic?!

This past January I took him to our town's preschool screening. He passed with flying colors with the exception of his footsies. They thought it might be beneficial for him to receive physical therapy for his toe walking. We've been going once a week and are hoping that it helps. If it doesn't then he will most likely end up in braces this coming fall.

JK just celebrated his 4th birthday last week. He told me, "Now that I'm 4 I'm TALLER and don't have to walk on my tippy toes!" Oh if it were only that simple!!!
